It's hard to believe that it's already January 19, and the last time I had any news really to report was December 12. We're back, and hopefully ready to rock and roll.
People talk about what they would change if they could do life over. I suppose reflecting is a way of learning to do life better today. . . to not care what mud does to clothing, to reconcile more quickly, to sit/listen to a heart when the brain tells us to keep doing. I am who I am because of God's tender mercies, and I want to share a bit of life, happy and not. So if you're up for it, join me!

Back and Ready
Andrew and I are sitting in the doctor's office, thankful we're here together. The doctor has not yet arrived, but a very fine. wait - I just saw him walk by! - yeah! A very fine nurse came by, and she discovered a missing link in my file. So, hopefully soon we'll figure out how to get this treatment going on. I have not been able to receive my shots due to tangled communication lines between the billing department here, my insurance company, and the pharmacy. Most of you can probably relate. Our appointment will begin soon, so I will update you after it all shakes out.
